EcoPort

EcoPort is a ‘wiki’; i.e. it is a single, contiguous database and universe of largely internal links only.  Individuals add information and create knowledge by integrating data in a communal database, thereby to create and maintain an n-dimensional hyperspace of knowledge.

This page enables public users of EcoPort to find the cloned versions of T.Site records in EcoPort.  It is a simplified version of the TEMS search routines at http://www.fao.org/gtos/tems/tsite_search.jsp. The T.Site records need to exist in EcoPort to function as nucleii in the n-dimensional hyperspace of ecology knowledge available in EcoPort.  This allows a TEMS record to ‘inherit’ the wide variety of ecology knowledge management tools and procedures in addition to the information shared and maintained by members of the EcoPort community.

"In addition to the search procedures below, you may also click here to compare T.Sites in terms of lists of biodiversity and ecology information available in EcoPort.
